John Redvers joined Royal LePage in 1997 as a sales representative, having been licensed since 1982. Over the past 27 years, John has developed into one of the most successful commercial real estate agents in the Royal LePage network of over 700 commercial professionals within the Greater Toronto Area. John’s comprehensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and first hand experience in all aspects of the market including land development, retail, industrial and institutional sales and leasing, affords him solid, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, associates and colleagues. His perception of the intricacies of the due diligence process required for commercial transactions adds integrity and value to each and every transaction. John has developed a comprehensive network of associates, service providers and industry insiders to compliment his experience allowing him to deliver a superior level of customer service.
John is an active member of the Mississauga Real Estate Board and he has held a number of executive positions as Chairman, Board Representative to CREA and OREA Commercial Councils and Director of the Relocation Committee. He has also actively participated in both the Ethics and Education Committees. He was awarded the Joan Fitzpatrick Award for his service and dedication for excellence. He is also a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board. John has also received the Royal LePage Lifetime Awards of Excellence, Chairman’s Club, Director’s Platinum, Red Diamond and Diamond

Stephanie Redvers joined Royal LePage in 2010 as a commercial sales representative, with a focus on industrial, retail and land sales and acquisitions. Over the past 14 years Stephanie has successfully navigated many complex commercial transactions.

In 2023 Stephanie and Redvers Commercial received Royal LePage’s prestigious Chairman’s Club Award recognizing the top 1% of Royal LePage Realtors nationally based on closed GCI.

In 2018 Stephanie was named to Royal LePage’s Top 35 under 35; a national production-based award that recognizes top producing realtors aged 34 years or younger for closed GCI.

Equipped with a keen perception of the market, deductive reasoning and an artful approach, Stephanie strives to offer a refreshing take on the world of commercial real estate.
